Argil does not create avatars from a recorded training video. You do not capture 2 or 3 minutes of speech, and there is no video upload for avatar training. That flow is retired on every plan, including Pro.
A personal avatar is created from one photo. In the app, choose Upload your photo. The prompt is: “Upload just one photo of yourself to create your avatar.” You can also create an AI influencer from a text prompt instead of a photo. That path spends credits to generate the image. It is not a video upload.

Photo tips

Use one clear photo

Upload a single photo of one person. The whole face should be in the frame. Do not upload a video.

Light the face

Face a window or another soft light source. Avoid heavy shadows across the face.

Stay close

Closer photos produce a better avatar. Aim for 1080p. 720p is the minimum.

Keep the mouth natural

A neutral expression with the mouth slightly open, as if mid-sentence, works better than a wide smile.

If creation looks stuck

Image avatars are usually ready within a minute. If one stays unfinished, contact support@argil.ai. Do not re-record a training video. There is nowhere to upload it.
